Refund Policy
Return Eligibility
At StyleWear, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item under the following conditions:
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
- Customized or personalized items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
Process for Initiating Returns
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team via email at support@stylewear.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Receive a return authorization from our team along with instructions on how to send back your item.
- Pack the item securely and ship it back to the address provided in the return instructions.
Refund Methods and Processing Time
Refunds will be processed in the original form of payment used at the time of purchase. Please allow up to 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after we receive and process your return.
Special Cases
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will provide a replacement or refund for the item at no additional cost to you.
Exceptions to the Policy
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for:
- Customized or personalized items unless they are defective or incorrect.
- Items marked as final sale or clearance.
